202 Modern Service Apartments is a block of serviced apartments in a wonderful central London location. The budget-priced apartments are cozy and comfortable sleeping from one to 5 people in studios and one bedroom apartments.
Families, singles and couples can be comfortably accommodated just 100 yards from Notting Hill Gate underground station and 300 yards from Kensington Gardens in this lovely part of London.
202 Apartments is a budget alternative to hotels with their many extra charges. Our prices are fully inclusive of maid service, linens, towels and taxes. There is nothing else to pay.
Apartments can be booked for one week or up to three months. In the winter season bookings of one night are possible.
We would like to emphasize our personal and friendly atmosphere. Guests enjoy a comprehensive, hotel-type maid service with linen and towels supplied.
The furnished, self-contained apartments are centrally heated, have colour TV and a coin-operated telephone with a personal number. Calls are charged at normal British Telecom rates and not heavily-inflated hotel rates.
Kitchens have fridge, electric cooker and kettle, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Bathrooms have toilet, washbasin, bath and a heated towel rail.
Wi-Fi (wireless internet connection for laptops) service is covering the building.
We have two types of apartments...
STUDIO APARTMENTS have one room, containing either a double bed or two single beds, plus a kitchen and bathroom.
TWO ROOM APARTMENTS have one bedroom (double or single beds) and a sitting room with a double convertible sofa-bed plus a kitchen and bathroom.
Small apartments sleep 3, medium apartments sleep 4 and large apartments sleep 5.
Extra folding beds are available (please order when booking) and extra guests are accommodated at no extra charge.
There is a free underground car park for guests - rare in Central London.
Our apartments are very central, comfortable and convenient. They offer a real budget alternative to high priced hotels and their many "extras".
Lift (elevator) to all floors and balconies with all apartments.
Restaurants, travel agents, banks, supermarkets, a service laundromat and every type of shop are in the immediate vicinity. Babysitting, theatre tickets and travel can be arranged.
We are very close to Kensington Gardens. Kensington Palace is just 10 minutes walk and has a wonderful collection of Court dresses. Take traditional English Tea in the lovely Orangery. Kensington Church Street is famous for antique shops and the shop windows are as interesting as a museum.
One of London's most popular shopping streets Kensington High Street is a 5 minute walk.
Portobello Road market is 5 minutes walk - famous for antiques, brick-a-brack and Hugh Grant in the film 'Notting Hill'.

OUR TARIFF IS FULLY INCLUSIVE - THERE ARE NO EXTRAS OF ANY KIND.
Bookings and refunds:
A deposit of 7 nights' tariff, or the period of stay if less, is required to secure the reservation. Deposits are returnable if we receive notice of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival. For insufficient notice, refunds depend on re-letting. Without the deposit we are unable to guarantee the accommodation.
Our high season is between the 1st of April and the 1st of November and we regret that we cannot accept advance bookings for less than five consecutive nights. However, it is always worth checking with us for shorter bookings one week before planned arrival as we can often fit in a shorter booking at a week's notice.
