In 1875 Carra Beag was built as a family house. Over the years many local notables have resided at the house including a Town Provost and local artist David Fergusson. These days Carra Beag still is a family home where Helen and Brian welcome guests and travellers. Originally opened in 1887, The Rusacks has overlooked this magnificent vista for over a century.
