Woodacre is ideally placed for the seaside, the South Downs, historic Arundel, Chichester Theatre or Goodwood races. We offer bed and breakfast in a traditional family house, with annexed accommodation for up to 10 guests. The house is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland.

Our rooms are clean and spacious and comprise of one ensuite double room and a family room on the ground floor and two twin rooms with hand basins on the first floor sharing two bathrooms. One of the twin rooms can also be arranged as a triple rooms.

The Lawn Guest House, which carries The English Tourism Council Silver Award with 4 STARS, plus The Sparkling Diamond grade with 4 Diamonds from the RAC, and 4 STARS from the AA, is a Victorian building set in mature gardens, and a totally “non-smoking” establishment.

All rooms are “en-suite”, with bath and/or shower, toilet and wash hand basin together with colour/teletext TV, direct dial telephones, hairdryers, oscillating fans, tea/coffee/chocolate facilities, and full central heating. Other amenities include a guest’s ice machine, a reception lounge, an on-line Internet computer for guests use only, Broadband WiFi connection, and a resident’s ornamental garden.

Crockshard Farm house is situated in a peaceful hamlet a mile from the village of Wingham. Set back from the road in expansive gardens, Crockshard is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Most bedrooms are family rooms, some en suite all with tea/coffee making facilities. There is a large drawing room in which guests may relax, watch TV or have a go on the pianola!
